Quick Thought – Tuesday, April 21, 2026: The Waxing Will Be Your Donation
Sometimes the heart behind what we do matters more than the act itself. Jesus reminds us that giving loses something important when it becomes a performance for others. Continue reading

Quick Thought – Saturday, March 21, 2026: The Test None of Us Can Pass
No one has a clean record before God. If He kept score of every wrong answer, none of us could stand. But Psalm 130 reminds us that forgiveness, not failure, is what defines those who come to Him honestly. Continue reading

We’re All Lawbreakers (Even the Good Ones)
Breaking the law isn’t as dramatic as we like to imagine. Sometimes it’s not a courtroom or handcuffs — it’s 56 in a 55, a forgotten seatbelt, or a song downloaded back in the Limewire days. When we remember how easily we’ve stepped over the line ourselves, it becomes harder to stand in judgment of others. Maybe the point isn’t perfection — maybe it’s humility. Continue reading

Quick Thought – Tuesday, January 20, 2026: Spot the Difference
In our world, it’s easy to spot what doesn’t belong. Power, wealth, and dominance rise to the top, while humility and submission are pushed aside. But in God’s kingdom, the rules are reversed. Jesus reminds us that meekness isn’t weakness—it’s strength placed under God’s authority, and it’s the meek who will inherit the earth. Continue reading

What I Admire — Quiet Strength and Organized Minds
I find myself most inspired by people who quietly do the right thing and those who can bring instant order to chaos.
