I love to write, but I love to write about things that are engaging and interesting. I find mundane, simplistic topics very hard to write about. Case in point, today’s, “What bores you?” That bores me because there is no easy way to answer it and it forces me to run through a myriad of possible activities to figure out which of them holds my attention the least.
To be fair, I do have ADHD, so I have a harder time staying engaged than a lot of other people do. But these topics are not my favorite. Ask about a favorite memory or a vacation or my dream adventure. But asking about boredom? Nothing could be more boring than that.
