Christian Music Top 40, 7.24.22: For King and Country, ‘For God Is With Us’ remain on top for third week

For King and Country’s latest release, “For God Is With Us,” isn’t dominating the charts, but it has become the strongest Christian single among four songs lodged at the top of the American chart. “For God Is With Us” is strong across the board in airplay, streaming and sales. The No. 2 song, Katy Nichole’s “In Jesus’ Name (God of Possible),” is the top song in airplay, depending on who you ask. The other airplay contender is Brandon Heath’s “See Me Through It,” which comes in at No. 3 this week. No. 4 and 5, respectively, are Matthew West’s “Me On Your Mind” and Andrew Ripp’s “Fill Your Cup.”

Former No. 1, “Jesus Is Coming Back,” by Jordan Feliz, Jonathan Traylor & Mandisa, left the Top 40 this week after 31 weeks on the chart. During its run, the song spent 17 weeks in the Top 10 and 10 weeks in the Top 5.

Here is the updated chart for the week of July 24, 2022. Each song is linked to its official video on YouTube, where possible. To listen to the full playlist of these songs, visit our page on Spotify.
