Tonight, I’ll be reffing a middle school football game, which should wrap up between 6:30 and 7. After that it’s straight home: ref uniform into the washing machine, a light dinner, and then on to grading for progress reports.
Most likely I’ll pour something easy but enjoyable—maybe Wild Turkey 101, Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, or Russell’s Reserve—and let Franklin & Bash play in the background. Oddly enough, the background noise helps me stay focused while I grade.
If I’m on top of things, I’ll turn in by 11 and (hopefully) get a good night’s sleep.
