Bowl Prediction: Camellia Bowl, Toledo vs. Appalachian State

This game has all of the makings of a great bowl game, with two teams that have both been strong through most of the season. It looks like the test of Toledo’s great offense facing off against Appalachian State’s great defense. The Rockets have scored more than 35 points eight times, going 6-2 in those contests. Appalachian State has given up 20 or fewer points nine times, going 8-1 in those games. Despite how strong the Mountaineers look on defense, Toledo simply has too many offensive weapons to hold down. QB Logan Woodside is one of the best passers in the country, and RB Kareem Hunt is an equally dangerous threat on the ground. It will be close, but expect the Rockets to do just enough at the end to put the game away.
